This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• We are seeking a Clinical Implementation Specialist who will serve as our internal authority in converting clinical trial protocols into outstanding digital experiences for participants.
• Collaborating with teams across Commercial, Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Content, you will interpret intricate clinical trial protocols and transform them into actionable participant journeys and platform settings.
• Serving as the link between clients and internal departments, you will ensure that trial requirements are comprehended, accurately applied, and confidently delivered.
• This role involves hands-on responsibilities. You will take charge of configuring trials within the Trial Flow platform, executing implementation tasks throughout the delivery lifecycle, and assisting in the development of straightforward, scalable processes that allow us to conduct more trials efficiently as we expand.
• The position reports to the Delivery Lead and is part of the Delivery team.
• Significant experience in clinical trials, including roles in Clinical Operations, Trial Management, Research Delivery, Site Operations, Study Coordination, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interpreting intricate clinical trial protocols and transforming them into practical operational requirements for various stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and the needs of sponsors, sites, and participants.
• Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders to clarify complex information and foster trusted relationships.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to convert complex clinical information into clear, actionable documentation and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with digital health products, participant engagement platforms, or clinical technology (Desirable).
• Experience in configuring or implementing software platforms for clinical trials (Desirable).
• Experience supporting protocol amendments, RFPs, or bid processes (Desirable).
• Experience working in an agile delivery environment (Desirable).
• A relevant clinical qualification (Desirable).
• Experience in a HealthTech, SaaS, or start-up environment (Desirable).
• Experience in paediatric clinical trials (Desirable).
