Clinical Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Transform signed hospital agreements into active, high-quality clinical pilots.

• Oversee the complete on-site deployment of CerviSense at each designated hospital.

• Collaborate with Principal Investigators and their clinical teams to establish workflows, patient selection criteria, and data collection methods.

• Educate midwives, obstetricians, and nursing staff; ensure uniform application techniques across all operators.

• Resolve device and application issues promptly in real-time.

• Guarantee that data quality aligns with the standards necessary for normative curve creation and peer-reviewed publications.

• Foster clinical adoption — your key performance indicator is not just installation, but ensuring the device integrates into routine workflows.

• Offer structured field feedback to the product, clinical affairs, and regulatory teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing (Clinical Specialist track), or a related health sciences field.

• 2–5 years of experience in clinical applications, field specialist, or clinical affairs roles within the medical device sector.

• Demonstrated capability to train clinical users and convert technical specifications into effective clinical workflows.

• Experience in deploying medical devices in active clinical settings.

• Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential; German language skills are a plus.

• High availability for field travel throughout Spain and Germany.
