Clinical Field Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive educational and clinical support to effectively integrate VitalConnect’s solutions into customer environments.

• Assist field personnel by providing both onsite and virtual clinical education and training through presentations and demonstrations regarding the benefits and proper clinical application of company products.

• Collaborate with various departments within the customer organization to execute onsite clinical evaluations to ensure acceptance of all technological devices.

• Educate customers on the advantages, proper clinical procedures, and applications of clinical devices.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with external customers while partnering with sales teams to enhance clinical value.

• Design and deliver a tailored training and support plan for VCI solutions at customer locations.

• Provide ongoing customer support, either in-person or via phone/video conferencing.

• Submit detailed documentation while onsite at customer accounts within the specified timeframe.

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge as operations and/or features evolve.

• Contribute to various internal projects as assigned.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

• Capability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of cross-functional teams.

• Friendly and approachable demeanor; enjoys fostering relationships at all organizational levels.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software applications.
