Clinical Field Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative product support both in-person and remotely.

• Facilitate surgical cases in the OR with a remote Proctor.

• Conduct field-based product training activities utilizing both the “Dry Lab” chest demo models and the Pig Heart Labs (wet labs).

• Share information concerning approved labeled indications for use.

• Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs for scientific and medical inquiries.

• Offer proficient and assured intraoperative case coverage for all CORCYM technologies.

• Provide training on approved labeled information, including intended use, indications for use, and target populations.

• Develop relationships with leading experts in clinical practice or research relevant to the company's product portfolio.

• Lead and engage in information dissemination and training initiatives for both internal and external audiences.

• Assist Global Medical Affairs in enhancing educational/training/research programs, and support Sales/Marketing in refining materials.

• Act as a liaison between distributor/customer and commercial quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in biomedical sciences (RN, PA, RT(R), RDMS, Biomedical engineer).

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of clinical experience in a related medical field.

• Must possess scientific expertise in the pertinent therapeutic area.

• Should have strong technical and presentation skills.

• Must demonstrate networking abilities and the confidence to engage with senior experts on a peer-to-peer basis.

• Willingness to stay updated with scientific literature.

• Openness to extensive travel and being away from home as needed.

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask and work independently is essential.

• Must be capable of collaborating effectively within a team environment.

• Should possess a comprehensive and current personal knowledge base regarding all CORCYM products.
