Clinical Facilitator, RN/SW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Clinical Teams and other internal stakeholders to provide technical support, education, and innovative solutions.

• Offer technical assistance, resources, and tools that clarify performance expectations.

• Execute onboarding processes and ongoing professional training initiatives.

• Design and assess the curriculum for the preceptorship training program.

• Work alongside subject matter experts and technical assistance facilitators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a current Registered Professional Nurse or Registered Social Worker license in the State of New York.

• A Bachelor's degree in nursing or social work is preferred, along with prior experience in education.

• Possess three to five years of clinical experience in a specialized area.

• Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication, critical thinking, creativity, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in change management is required.
