Clinical Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-service training sessions across the entire patient monitoring portfolio, customizing education to fit customer workflows, clinical settings, and learning requirements.

• Deliver practical clinical application training in various hospital departments and care environments.

• Evaluate educational needs within nursing units and specialties, adapting instruction as necessary.

• Assist with system installations by recognizing customer workflows and configuration requirements.

• Offer on-site clinical support during go-live events and final implementation phases.

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless transitions from installation to active clinical use.

• Perform follow-up visits and provide ongoing phone support to reinforce education and encourage long-term product adoption.

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clinical staff and leadership at customer locations.

• Act as a clinical liaison between customers and internal teams, including Technical Support, Service, and Systems Solutions.

• Provide on-call clinical support via the technical support line, following established escalation and documentation procedures (on-call rotation starts after one year in the role).

• Independently manage time and territory to effectively address customer education needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license from an accredited institution.

• BSN is preferred; an alternate nursing degree will be accepted provided the candidate has 5+ years of nursing experience.

• 2–3 years of active nursing experience in acute care settings utilizing cardiac monitoring.

• Strong understanding of advanced cardiac arrhythmias, hemodynamics, Swan-Ganz, and cardiac output monitoring.

• Previous experience in educating other nurses through staff development, preceptorship, or formal training programs is highly preferred.
