This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Responsible for developing and implementing clinical innovation and educational initiatives through both internal and external channels for Quantum Rehab and Stealth products, thereby strengthening relationships with providers and clinicians.
• Collaborate closely with Inside and Field Sales team members to create and enhance clinical sales-related content and materials aimed at improving the education and expertise of the Quantum Rehab and Stealth Products teams, as well as the rehabilitation community across the nation.
• Augment clinical presence and resources through all channels to maximize Quantum Rehab’s market footprint and highlight product and industry advancements.
• Cultivate and maintain exceptional presentation skills across all Pride and Quantum-related product lines, including Power Bases, Power Positioning, Electronics, Stealth Products, Accessories, and Seating.
• Engage in strategic travel across the country to support and target Rehab Product Specialists and Regional Managers, promoting Quantum Rehab and Stealth growth opportunities with providers and clinicians.
• Provide support to the Quantum Rehab Leadership teams by delivering education, training, and guidance to enhance the Sales team's effectiveness at leading facilities and referral sources in each region.
• Ensure the appropriate content creation and distribution of Quantum educational materials such as resource guides, product presentations, and clinical presentations.
• Generate content and regularly update educational and marketing materials, videos, and instruction guides for the Learning Management System (LMS), SharePoint, and other channels to improve communication and knowledge among Quantum Rehab and Stealth employees.
• Collaborate with various internal teams and explore external opportunities to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) through effective outreach and partnerships while seeking to advance referral sources.
• Educate and assist Sales teams by providing tools to penetrate referral sources and clinicians to position Quantum Rehab as the premier supporting manufacturer.
• Partner with industry publications and trade journals for writing opportunities that represent Pride and Quantum Rehab.
• Work alongside Quantum Rehab Leadership teams to identify territories requiring enhancement.
• Assist Quantum Rehab Sales Leadership in developing products, processes, and clinical training programs for Field and Corporate Sales/Service teams, as well as providers and facilities throughout the territory.
• Maintain strong presentation skills across all Quantum Rehab and Stealth product lines, including power bases, power positioning, electronics, Stealth products, accessories, and seating.
• Collaborate with the Education Department (known as Pride Learning Institute) to oversee the training and development of presentations and materials for annual activities, ensuring all presenters are adequately trained and prepared.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Physical or Occupational Therapist with direct patient interaction, including at least 3 years of in-person experience with the complex rehab technology evaluation process for end users in a wheelchair seating clinic and/or as a complex rehab technology provider.
• Must possess the ability to multitask, solve problems, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Exceptional proficiency in presenting to diverse audience groups using PowerPoint and videos.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Potential for $14,000 in commissions.
• Bonus potential of $2,500.
