Clinical Education Manager – Southwest Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Facilitates the creation and execution of clinical innovation and educational initiatives through both internal and external channels for Quantum Rehab and Stealth products, thereby strengthening relationships with providers and clinicians.

• Collaborates closely with Inside and Field Sales team members to generate and develop clinical sales-related content and materials that enhance the education and expertise of the Quantum Rehab and Stealth Products team as well as members of the rehab community nationwide.

• Amplifies the clinical presence and resources across all platforms to optimize Quantum Rehab’s market reach and showcase product and industry innovations.

• Cultivates and maintains exceptional presentation skills on all Pride and Quantum-related product categories, which include Power Bases, Power Positioning, Electronics, Stealth Products, Accessories, and Seating.

• Engages in strategic travel across the country to target and support Rehab Product Specialists and Regional Managers, aiming to boost growth opportunities for Quantum Rehab and Stealth among providers and clinicians.

• Assists the Quantum Rehab Leadership teams by offering education, training, and guidance to enhance the Sales team's effectiveness in the leading facilities and referral sources within each region.

• Ensures the accurate content and distribution of Quantum educational materials, which encompass resource guides, product presentations, and clinical presentations.

• Creates and regularly updates educational and marketing materials for Quantum Rehab and Stealth, including videos and instruction guides, for the Learning Management System (LMS), SharePoint, and other channels, to improve communication and knowledge among our Quantum Rehab and Stealth employees.

• Collaborates with various internal teams and seeks external opportunities to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) through appropriate outreach and partnerships while pursuing avenues to further develop referral sources.

• Educates and assists Sales teams by implementing tools designed to penetrate referral sources and clinicians, ensuring Quantum Rehab is recognized as the premier supporting manufacturer.

• Works with industry publications and trade journals to explore writing opportunities that represent Pride and Quantum Rehab.

• Partners with Quantum Rehab Leadership teams to identify territories that require improvement.

• Collaborates with Quantum Rehab Sales Leadership to aid in the development of products, processes, and clinical training programs for Field and Corporate Sales/Service teams, as well as for providers and facilities across the territory.

• Develops and upholds strong presentation skills on all Quantum Rehab and Stealth product lines, which include power bases, power positioning, electronics, Stealth products, accessories, and seating.

• Works alongside the Education Department (also known as Pride Learning Institute) to oversee the training and development of presentations and materials for annual events, ensuring all presenters are thoroughly trained and well-prepared.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Physical or Occupational Therapist with direct patient interaction, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the complex rehab technology evaluation process for end users in a wheelchair seating clinic and/or as a complex rehab technology provider.

• Must possess the ability to multi-task, solve problems, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

• Excellent proficiency in presenting to diverse audience groups utilizing PowerPoint and videos.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
