Clinical Education Manager – Northwest Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Responsible for ensuring that clinical innovation and educational initiatives are developed and implemented through both internal and external channels for Quantum Rehab and Stealth products, thereby enhancing relationships with healthcare providers and clinicians.

• Collaborate closely with members of the Inside and Field Sales teams to create and develop clinical sales-related content and materials.

• Strengthen the clinical presence and resources across all channels to maximize Quantum Rehab’s market impact.

• Cultivate and maintain exceptional presentation skills related to all Pride and Quantum product lines.

• Engage in strategic travel nationwide to target and support Rehab Product Specialists and Regional Managers.

• Assist the Quantum Rehab Leadership teams by offering education, training, and guidance.

• Ensure the accurate creation and distribution of Quantum educational materials.

• Generate content and provide regular updates for Quantum Rehab and Stealth educational and marketing resources.

• Educate and support Sales teams by implementing tools to reach referral sources and clinicians effectively.

• Partner with industry publications and trade journals to explore writing opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with various internal teams while fostering external opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Physical or Occupational Therapist with direct patient interaction.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with the complex rehab technology evaluation process for end users in a wheelchair seating clinic and/or as a complex rehab technology provider.

• Must be a friendly team player, self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.

• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a dynamic working environment.

• Proficient in delivering presentations to diverse audience groups using PowerPoint and videos.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent web navigation abilities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy.

• ATP Certification or eligibility to take the ATP exam within 12 months of employment.
