Clinical Education Manager – Northwest Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the creation and implementation of clinical innovation and education initiatives through both internal and external channels for Quantum Rehab and Stealth products, strengthening relationships with providers and clinicians.

• Collaborate closely with Inside and Field Sales teams to design and develop clinical sales-related content and materials.

• Enhance the clinical visibility and resources across all platforms to maximize the presence of Quantum Rehab.

• Cultivate and maintain exceptional presentation abilities concerning all Pride and Quantum-related product lines.

• Engage in strategic travel nationwide to target and support Rehab Product Specialists and Regional Managers.

• Assist the Quantum Rehab Leadership teams by offering education, training, and guidance.

• Ensure the appropriate content creation and distribution of Quantum educational resources.

• Develop content and regularly update educational and marketing materials for Quantum Rehab and Stealth.

• Educate and support the Sales teams by implementing tools to effectively engage referral sources and clinicians.

• Collaborate with industry publications and trade journals to explore writing opportunities.

• Work closely with various internal teams and cultivate external opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Physical or Occupational Therapist with direct patient interaction.

• At least 3 years of hands-on, in-person experience with the complex rehab technology evaluation process for end users in a wheelchair seating clinic and/or as a complex rehab technology provider.

• Must be a friendly team player, self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.

• Ability to multi-task, troubleshoot, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.

• Excellent proficiency in presenting to a diverse range of audience groups using PowerPoint and videos.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong web navigation skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy.

• ATP Certification or eligibility to take the ATP exam within 12 months of employment.
