Clinical Education Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitates the creation and implementation of clinical innovation and educational initiatives through both internal and external channels for Quantum Rehab and Stealth products, fostering stronger relationships with providers and clinicians.

• Collaborates closely with members of the Inside and Field Sales teams to develop and produce clinical sales-related content and resources, enhancing the education and understanding of Quantum Rehab and Stealth Products among team members and the rehabilitation community nationwide.

• Strengthens the clinical presence and resources across all platforms to maximize Quantum Rehab's impact, highlighting product advancements and industry innovations.

• Develops and maintains exceptional presentation skills for all Pride and Quantum-related product lines, including Power Bases, Power Positioning, Electronics, Stealth Products, Accessories, and Seating.

• Provides education, training, and support to enhance the Sales team's effectiveness in top facilities and among referral sources in each region.

• Ensures the appropriate creation and distribution of Quantum educational materials, which include resource guides, product presentations, and clinical presentations.

• Partners with industry publications and trade journals for writing opportunities that represent Pride and Quantum Rehab.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Physical or Occupational Therapist with direct patient interaction.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with the complex rehab technology evaluation process for end users in a wheelchair seating clinic and/or as a complex rehab technology provider.

• A strong drive for advancement and continuous improvement.

• Exceptional proficiency in presenting to diverse audience groups using PowerPoint and video formats.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong web navigation skills.

• Must be a friendly team player, proactive self-starter, professional, detail-oriented, and honest.
