Clinical Education and Training Specialist – Benelux

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation and integration of Clinical Training and Education across the Benelux region.

• Foster knowledge, confidence, and skills to promote clinical excellence and enhance the adoption of Omnipod.

• Conduct training for new product launches within the region for internal teams.

• Execute educational programs for internal clinical and sales personnel in the area.

• Provide training through digital, virtual, and in-person formats, catering to both groups and individuals.

• Develop educational materials and utilize the Veeva Medical Review (MLR) framework to secure content approval.

• Evaluate and assist Certified Pod Training and CSMs in acquiring the necessary skills for effectiveness.

• Collaborate with Sales Excellence, Clinical Teams, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.

• Implement the Education strategy plan within the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree along with five years of experience in a field or office management position.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Capacity to prioritize tasks, actively seek feedback, and develop innovative solutions to assist the Sales Team.

• Advanced computer skills, including but not limited to Salesforce, Dynamic AX, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Access.

• Proven experience in delivering and embedding clinical training for Field Teams and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).

• Fluent in English and French; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

• Highly skilled in using virtual communication platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, etc.
