This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Create and oversee comprehensive clinical supply strategies for radiopharmaceutical projects.
• Assist clinical sites in developing processes for the handling, storage, and administration of radiopharmaceuticals.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts across manufacturing, logistics, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Design forecasting tools, inventory tracking systems, and supply dashboards.
• Coordinate manufacturing, labeling, packaging, and distribution with internal teams and external partners (CMOs, CROs, depots).
• Manage just-in-time production and delivery logistics in accordance with isotope half-life limitations.
• Anticipate clinical supply requirements and monitor inventory to guarantee uninterrupted trial activities.
• Supervise vendor performance and cultivate strong relationships with manufacturing and logistics collaborators.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, GDP, and all regulatory standards pertaining to radiopharmaceutical handling and transportation.
• Work closely with Clinical Operations, CMC, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
• Identify supply-related risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Assist in the creation of SOPs, supply chain processes, and operational infrastructure.
• Monitor and report on key metrics, timelines, and budgets associated with drug supply.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, or a related discipline (advanced degree is a plus).
• Over 5 years of experience in clinical supply, drug supply management, or supply chain within the biotech/pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong preference for experience with radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine, cell and gene therapy, PET imaging agents, or other time-sensitive clinical supply chains.
• Comprehensive understanding of GMP, GDP, and clinical trial supply requirements.
• Proven experience in managing external vendors (CMOs, depots, logistics providers).
