This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
• Conduct a thorough quality review of all OASIS admission documents and the Plan of Care.
• Ensure adherence to CMS program guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Manager of Performance and the Home Health leadership team.
• Advocate for regulatory compliance, outstanding patient outcomes, and appropriate reimbursement.
• Act as a role model, consultant, auditor, and OASIS specialist for Home Health staff throughout the region.
• Educational qualifications sufficient for licensure.
• Upon hiring: Valid Oregon Registered Nurse License.
• Licensure in all states where care is provided.
• Minimum of 2 years of Nursing experience in Home Health or Palliative Care.
• Proficient in using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Required: Familiarity with Homecare Homebase.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• OASIS certification is preferred.
