This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
• Perform quality assessments on all OASIS admission documents and Plans of Care.
• Ensure compliance with CMS programs.
• Collaborate closely with the Manager of Performance Improvement and leadership in Home Health.
• Advocate for regulatory compliance, optimal patient outcomes, and reimbursement processes.
• Act as a role model, consultant, auditor, and OASIS authority for Home Health staff throughout the region.
• Educational qualifications adequate for licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Physical Therapy within Home Health or Palliative Care.
• Familiarity with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Mandatory experience with Homecare Homebase.
• Preference given to candidates with EPIC experience.
• OASIS certification is preferred at the time of hire.
• Candidates must reside in Oregon, Washington, California, Texas, New Mexico, Idaho, or Montana.
