This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the quality framework, including chart review schedules, outcome monitoring related to depression, anxiety, loneliness, and other metrics, as well as ensuring treatment fidelity across the team.

• Manage the supervision structure and maintain our external supervision partnership, stepping in to provide direct supervision during the transition period as required. Lead the onboarding, coaching, and professional development of clinicians, incorporating best practices for LGBTQ+ clinical care.

• Facilitate provider productivity, establish scheduling expectations, streamline documentation workflows, and ensure effective utilization of our EMR system.

• Oversee crisis and risk protocols, treatment planning for complex cases, mandated reporting, and clinical policies in collaboration with our compliance team.

• Ensure adherence to the Trauma Journal and our Written Exposure Therapy protocol, while assisting in the evolution of the model in conjunction with our clinical advisors.

• Collaborate with the Medical Director and Psychiatry Team on the care model, new service offerings such as group therapy, and strategies to scale affirming care across multiple states.

• Enhance communication, accountability, and consistency within the clinical team, with a special focus on addressing the needs of LGBTQ+ clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC/LMHC, or Psychologist).

• Eligibility to provide clinical supervision to associate or pre-licensed clinicians.

• Proven experience and cultural competence in delivering affirming care to LGBTQ+ clients (required).

• A minimum of 8 years of clinical experience in the behavioral health field.

• Experience in supervising licensed and/or pre-licensed clinicians.

• Strong background in clinical documentation, quality standards, and performance oversight.

• Experience in virtual behavioral health or telehealth is preferred.

• Proficient in balancing accountability, support, and building relationships with clinical teams.

• Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth virtual environment where processes and infrastructure are still developing.

• Licensure in DC, MD, or VA is an advantage.
