This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Managing your region and achieving (or exceeding) commercial objectives
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals (including endocrinologists, diabetes nurses, and diabetes educators)
• Advising and training healthcare providers and patients in insulin pump therapy and diabetes management
• Identifying new opportunities and enhancing existing collaborations
• Organizing and delivering product and educational training sessions
• Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Medical Affairs, and Customer Support) to ensure optimal customer and patient experiences
• Recording activities in the CRM system and complying with laws and regulations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust
• Good knowledge of diabetes care, preferably type 1 diabetes and insulin pump therapy
• A commercial mindset combined with clinical insight
• Independent and structured working style
• Experience with CRM systems and digital tools (such as Microsoft Office and Teams)
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Netherlands (approximately 80%)
• Fluent in both Dutch and English
