Clinical Development Trial Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Lead the multidisciplinary study team in the planning and execution of clinical trials.

• Comprehend the workload necessary to successfully complete the clinical trial.

• Establish and monitor global milestones by aligning and integrating contributions from various functions and regions.

• Evaluate, identify, and oversee trial-level risks.

• Create and manage grants and non-grants, along with assumptions utilizing financial tracking tools.

• Facilitate and coordinate local, regional, and global cross-functional study teams throughout the implementation, execution, and closure phases of the study.

• Collaborate with the Investigator Engagement organization to meet regional enrollment objectives.

• Oversee relationships and act as the primary point of contact for trial communications.

• Identify and support the development of continuous improvement initiatives based on significant trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or University degree (preferably in a scientific or health-related discipline).

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical research experience or relevant clinical trial experience in a scientific or health-related area.

• An advanced degree may be considered in lieu of experience.

• Employment with ICON is conditional upon possessing the legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
