This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Lead the multidisciplinary study team in the planning and execution of clinical trials.
β’ Comprehend the workload necessary to successfully complete the clinical trial.
β’ Establish and monitor global milestones by aligning and integrating contributions from various functions and regions.
β’ Evaluate, identify, and oversee trial-level risks.
β’ Create and manage grants and non-grants, along with assumptions utilizing financial tracking tools.
β’ Facilitate and coordinate local, regional, and global cross-functional study teams throughout the implementation, execution, and closure phases of the study.
β’ Collaborate with the Investigator Engagement organization to meet regional enrollment objectives.
β’ Oversee relationships and act as the primary point of contact for trial communications.
β’ Identify and support the development of continuous improvement initiatives based on significant trends.
β’ Bachelor's or University degree (preferably in a scientific or health-related discipline).
β’ A minimum of 3 years of clinical research experience or relevant clinical trial experience in a scientific or health-related area.
β’ An advanced degree may be considered in lieu of experience.
β’ Employment with ICON is conditional upon possessing the legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
