Clinical Deployment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Propel EMS sales by improving customer satisfaction and retention during the clinical education and implementation phases;

• Collaborate with major competitive conversions and select North American EMS clients to guarantee ongoing product support during both pre-sale and post-sale periods, as instructed by management.

• Assist in new competitive conversions

• Equipment installation

• Training and development post-sale - (Classroom sessions, field rides, remote assistance)

• Troubleshooting after the sale

• Follow-up after the sale

• Act as a liaison to coordinate efforts among ZOLL departments and personnel to fulfill the customer vision of "One-ZOLL."

⛳️ Requirements

• Paramedic certification or higher

• At least 10 years of pre-hospital field experience

• Experience in clinical training (AHA - ACLS, PALS, 12-Lead, ETC02, etc.)

• Technical expertise: Troubleshooting capital equipment, resuscitation, and product management preferred (cardiology experience is a plus)

• Self-motivated

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Project management and planning abilities

• Proficiency in standard word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, and database software
