This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and develop tailored workflows that meet the specific needs of each practice.
• Provide training to new clients, including clinics and dental teams, on how to effectively utilize the DentalMonitoring (DM) solution suite.
• Ensure client retention while assisting them in expanding their use of DM solutions to fully leverage the advantages of AI technology and the DM dashboard.
• Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, encouraging their support for the DentalMonitoring brand and ongoing use and promotion of the DM product and solution suite.
• Act as a technical liaison between clients and the DM platform.
• Participate in local industry trade shows.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with Regional Sales Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Sales representatives to provide the best possible onboarding experience for clients.
• Motivate doctors and dental practice staff to adopt new protocols while addressing and alleviating any concerns related to transitional technology.
• Provide on-site training at clinics and practices to support the implementation of DM solutions, dedicating up to 60% of working time for this purpose.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics, or equivalent qualifications.
• A solid understanding of the conceptual/consultative sales approach.
• Significant experience in consulting, training, and implementing solutions.
• Capacity to establish and maintain partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient IT skills and a keen interest in new technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to act with diplomacy, showing strong listening skills and empathy.
• Capability to influence and drive changes in clients' perspectives.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, organize, and manage competing demands effectively.
