Clinical Data Management Support Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Offers support to Clinical Data Management (CDM) project teams by executing a variety of administrative tasks.

• Conducts user acceptance testing by running test data during the project startup phase.

• Produces data files for user acceptance testing following the testing phase.

• Compiles study-specific metrics reports.

• Maintains the patient tracker by performing necessary cleaning tasks.

• Reviews files of the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF).

• Requests access to the electronic data capture (EDC) system.

• Develops and sustains study-related information for CDM teams.

• Aids in the validation of a client's coding dictionary subscriptions.

• Performs quality control reviews of documentation.

• Creates reports detailing training completion.

• Archives final versions of CDM documents.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience equivalent to at least 4 years.

• Strong focus on customer service.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Proven ability to effectively analyze data and systems specific to projects.

• Good time management abilities.

• Proficient English language skills with a strong grasp of grammar.
