Clinical Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the establishment and development of a standardized library of reporting and analysis solutions for Data Sciences and other stakeholders.

• Collect requirements from a diverse group related to specific study inquiries or operational tasks.

• Construct and configure solutions to fulfill the gathered requirements.

• Direct validation efforts to prepare reporting solutions for deployment and utilization.

• Collaborate with a volunteer stakeholder group as needed to assist with validation activities.

• Implement standard reporting solutions tailored for specific studies.

• Create and develop ad hoc reporting and analysis solutions—such as reports, dashboards, visualizations, or others—upon request from study team members.

• Work with Data Sciences leaders to identify requirements for measuring and monitoring operational and performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree along with 4-6 years of relevant experience.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• A keen visual design and aesthetic sense to create attractive and user-friendly outputs.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire, etc.).

• Ability to effectively communicate complex information through storytelling with data.

• Excellent collaboration skills.

• Preference for certification in data analysis, data visualizations, or technical solutions (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire, etc.).

• Preference for prior experience in Clinical Research and/or Clinical Data Management.
