This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as a liaison with local school districts.
• Identify and reach out to schools/districts for the placement of student teachers and other education credential candidates, in line with CTC standards.
• Assign University Clinical Supervisors to students in fieldwork.
• Engage in the training of University Clinical Supervisors.
• Monitor evaluations of candidates, University Clinical Supervisors, and district supervisors.
• Conduct orientation sessions with University Clinical Supervisors and candidates before the start of fieldwork.
• Provide counseling and develop action plans for candidates facing challenges in fieldwork.
• Identify school districts that require agreements and inform the Central Office of any changes or issues.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Over 5 years of teaching experience at the K-12 level.
• Experience in working with credential candidates within a university environment.
• A current California teaching credential is required.
• A current administrative services credential is preferred.
