This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee and execute activities related to application configuration.
• Deliver training to users and assist in product commercialization.
• Provide support during trade shows and product demonstrations.
• Manage escalated calls effectively.
• Integrate workflows within the system.
• Work collaboratively in project teams to configure clinical workflows.
• Create and implement training programs for clinical users.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in preparation for go-live.
• Document workflows and ensure a smooth handover to service support.
• Engage in the development of new solutions and functionalities.
• A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a vocational education with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working in a radiology department and a solid understanding of radiology workflows.
• Familiarity with Radiology Information Systems (RIS).
• Possession of a radiographer license or previous experience as a PACS administrator (preferably).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Background in application training and/or consulting.
• Fluent in English with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• A motivated team player with adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland (up to 70% of the time).
• Open to traveling to other locations across Europe as needed.
