This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Employ evidence-based interventions to effectively manage client crises, conducting brief risk assessments, safety planning, and de-escalation techniques with the objective of linking clients to appropriate treatment.
• Utilize Lyra’s proprietary software and other methods to identify barriers to clinical care options for clients, ensuring they are connected to the most suitable treatment based on their specific needs and preferences.
• Take responsibility for independently managing a caseload of clients with complex, multi-faceted needs.
• A **Master’s degree in clinical social work or a related field** is required; candidates must hold an LCSW or an equivalent independent clinical license (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LPCC, etc.), or possess a Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN). Supervised hours toward licensure are not available, and candidates without a state license to provide mental health services independently will not be considered (except for those holding an RN license).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric intake, assessment, rapid behavioral assessment, or related fields is required.
• Candidates must have at least 2 years of post-licensure experience (EAP/clinical call center experience preferred).
• Significant experience in managing high-risk clinical situations, such as suicidality and mandated reporting, is essential.
• Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are strongly preferred (though not mandatory).
• Candidates must be full-time residents of the United States; work from outside the United States is not permitted.
