Clinical Care Navigator, After Hours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing crisis situations and delivering immediate telephone support to clients facing complex behavioral health challenges.

• Prioritizing client safety and facilitating connections to high-quality, evidence-based service providers and facilities.

• Assisting clients in accessing care solely through phone and email communication.

• Embracing new technological platforms and fostering a growth-oriented mindset.

• Available to work Sunday to Thursday from 12am to 8:30am PT (1am to 9:30am MT / 2am to 10:30am CT / 3am to 11:30am ET).

⛳️ Requirements

• **Master’s degree in clinical social work or an equivalent field**; LCSW or another form of independent clinical licensure is mandatory (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LPCC, etc.), or a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (RN). We cannot offer supervised hours towards licensure. Candidates lacking a state license to independently provide mental health services will not be considered (except those with an RN license).

• **A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is required (preferably in EAP/clinical call center settings).**

• **Bachelor’s degree in nursing (RN) required; must possess at least two years of psychiatric intake, assessment, or related experience (preferably in EAP/clinical call centers).**

• **Extensive experience in managing high-risk clinical scenarios (such as suicidality and mandated reporting).**

• Bilingual candidates who speak Spanish are highly preferred (but not mandatory).

• Must be a full-time resident of the United States; work from outside the U.S. is not permitted.
