Clinical Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in the organization, implementation, and oversight of clinical trials.

• Ensure compliance with protocol requirements, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines.

• Coordinate study activities such as site initiation, patient recruitment, data collection, and monitoring visits.

• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Biometrics teams.

• Maintain detailed study documentation and records in accordance with regulations and standard operating procedures.

• Support study close-out activities, which include data cleaning, analysis, and the preparation of clinical study reports.

• Take responsibility for clinical coordination deliverables and work alongside study teams and clinical sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Prior experience in clinical research or healthcare, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO sectors.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage competing priorities.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• Commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate across functions and establish strong relationships with study teams and clinical sites.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 60% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
