This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• The Clinical Assessor II delivers a variety of clinical services in alignment with program guidelines, relevant regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
• Key responsibilities encompass assessment, treatment planning, counseling, case management, crisis intervention, referral coordination, discharge planning, group facilitation, and other designated clinical services.
• This position works collaboratively with clients, families, referral sources, community partners, and interdisciplinary treatment team members to foster engagement, ensure continuity of care, and achieve positive treatment outcomes.
• ASAM aligned substance programs must satisfy one of the following criteria:
• Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, or counseling with a Master’s level licensure: Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Professional Counseling; or certification from a statewide certification board (CAADC).
• Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, or counseling and currently pursuing a Master’s level licensure (Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Professional Counseling); or certification from a statewide certification board (CAADC).
• Bachelor’s level degree with a CADC or currently pursuing a CADC with at least one year of qualifying clinical experience.
• Associate’s level degree with a CAAC or currently pursuing a CAAC with a minimum of two years of qualifying clinical experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with a CAAC.
• Current licensure in this Commonwealth as a registered nurse along with a degree from an accredited nursing school and one year of qualifying clinical experience.
• ASAM aligned Co-Occurring enhanced programs must meet one of the following criteria:
• Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, or counseling with a Master’s level licensure: Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Professional Counseling.
• Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, or counseling and currently pursuing a Master’s level licensure (Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Professional Counseling); or certification from a statewide certification board (CAADC).
