This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Deliver technical and clinical guidance throughout the pre-sales process by showcasing the complete range of Ultrasound products.
• Organize, plan, and implement objective-based system training for customers while monitoring and reporting training results.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Women’s Health Ultrasound and serve as a clinical liaison to the sales team to enhance the clinical skills of the team and foster customer relationships.
• Engage with competitive accounts and relay current market insights back to the business.
• Promote new product features and clinical techniques; collaborate with customers to develop training plans and strategies that facilitate the assimilation of new products in Women’s Health Ultrasound and address ongoing training needs.
• Support trade shows and professional conferences by conducting product demonstrations and customer training.
• Serve as the main contact for the modality/team, identifying customer satisfaction challenges, assisting with escalations, problem-solving, and fulfilling specialty training requests.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers to standardize and enhance protocols and support clinical education initiatives.
• Advocate for and encourage the adoption of a hybrid training delivery approach for customers.
• Ensure that all necessary pre- and post-training documentation is well-written, adhering to global guidelines.
• Maintain a safety-first and quality-focused mindset, upholding relevant processes as part of the Quality Management System and EHS policies and procedures.
• Associate degree or equivalent qualification.
• Over 3 years of experience in the Maternal Fetal Medicine ultrasound technical/clinical industry.
• Certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) in OB/GYN, with preferred certifications in Fetal Echo (FE) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS).
• Willingness to travel frequently, at least 75% of the time (4-5 days per week, including overnight stays and some weekends).
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical education training and the processes associated with its implementation.
• Proven experience in delivering complex information and adjusting communication based on the audience.
• Familiarity with Healthcare Information Systems, networking, and IT.
