This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Accountable for delivering clinical and technical knowledge throughout the ultrasound sales process.
• Collaborate closely with designated Sales Representatives, Dealers, and the Channel Sales Manager to foster business growth and meet operational needs.
• Provide customer service, sales, and marketing support by offering clinical and technical guidance during the ultrasound sales cycle and after-sales process to both internal and external clients, including on-site visits with physicians and sonographers.
• Conduct professional demonstrations of ultrasound products and provide training for customers' clinical staff following installation.
• Skillfully convey and demonstrate the clinical and operational benefits of the system to end-users, influencing purchasing choices and promoting adoption through consultative selling and expertise.
• Deliver clinical and technical support at trade shows and professional conferences.
• Work in tandem with product management and service teams to relay field feedback and enhance product performance.
• Assist the sales and service teams with clinical knowledge and customer engagement strategies.
• Oversee customer satisfaction following installation and proactively address any concerns.
• Ensure that escalation situations are handled and resolved swiftly and professionally.
• Provide basic on-site troubleshooting to quickly address service-related issues.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Manage travel bookings and submit expense reports promptly.
• Complete customer demo and installation documentation in Salesforce.
• Keep abreast of current developments in relevant clinical and technical fields.
• Represent the company with professionalism and uphold a positive demeanor.
• Complete all mandatory training courses and maintain necessary certifications.
• Acquire extensive knowledge of the company’s product range and competitors' offerings to effectively position and promote our solutions.
• Manage time efficiently and make informed business decisions.
• Adhere to all company policies concerning travel, expenses, and equipment management.
• RDMS certification is mandatory; must demonstrate exceptional knowledge of the technical and clinical elements of diagnostic ultrasound.
• RVT certification is required.
• RDCS certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 6-10 years of clinical ultrasound experience in General Imaging, Vascular, OB/GYN, Point of Care, and Musculoskeletal is essential.
• Experience with Elastography, Fusion, and CEUS is advantageous.
• Must comply with hospital credentialing standards.
• Proficient in 2D and Color Doppler across various applications.
• Previous commercial experience as a Clinical Applications Specialist in the Radiology Market is ideal.
• Strong understanding of the market and a competitive outlook are required.
• Excellent presentation abilities and capacity to conduct clinical and product training for customers at all levels.
• Must be self-driven, results-oriented, and team-oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
