This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Accountable for delivering both clinical and technical expertise throughout the ultrasound sales process.
• Collaborate closely with designated Sales Representatives, Dealers, and Channel Sales Managers to foster business growth and meet organizational needs.
• Provide clinical and technical training during the ultrasound sales cycle and after the sale to both internal and external clients, which includes on-site visits with physicians and sonographers.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations for ultrasound and offer post-installation training to the clinical staff of customers.
• Effectively showcase and articulate the clinical and operational benefits of the system to end-users, influencing their purchasing decisions and encouraging adoption through consultative selling and expertise.
• Offer clinical and technical support at trade shows and professional gatherings.
• Work in partnership with product management and service teams to relay field feedback and enhance product performance.
• Assist the sales and service teams by providing clinical expertise and strategies for customer engagement.
• Track customer satisfaction following installation and proactively address any concerns.
• Ensure that escalation issues are addressed and resolved swiftly and professionally.
• Aid in basic on-site troubleshooting to quickly resolve service-related challenges.
• Responsible for scheduling travel and submitting expense reports punctually.
• Tasked with completing customer demonstration and installation documentation within Salesforce.
• RDMS certification is mandatory; must have extensive knowledge of the technical and clinical facets of diagnostic ultrasound.
• RVT certification is required.
• RDCS certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 6-10 years of clinical ultrasound experience in General Imaging, Vascular, OB/GYN, Point of Care, and Musculoskeletal is essential.
• Familiarity with Elastography, Fusion, and CEUS is an advantage.
• Must be able to comply with hospital credentialing requirements.
• Proficient in 2D and Color Doppler across various applications.
• Previous experience as a Clinical Applications Specialist in the Radiology Market is preferred.
• Possess strong market knowledge and a competitive mindset.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to conduct clinical and product training for all customer levels.
• Must be self-driven, results-oriented, and team-oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
