This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Provide support in Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing.
• Offer clinical and technical guidance throughout the ultrasound sales cycle and post-sale process to both internal and external clients, including in-person visits to physicians and sonographers.
• Conduct professional demonstrations of ultrasound products and provide post-installation training to the clinical staff of customers.
• Effectively demonstrate and articulate the clinical and operational benefits of the system to end-users, influencing purchasing choices and promoting adoption through consultative selling and expertise.
• Deliver clinical and technical assistance at trade shows and professional conferences.
• Work collaboratively with product management and service teams to relay field feedback and enhance product performance.
• Assist the sales and service teams with clinical knowledge and customer engagement strategies.
• Monitor customer satisfaction after installation and proactively address any issues.
• Ensure that escalation situations are handled and resolved swiftly and professionally.
• Provide basic on-site troubleshooting to address service-related issues.
• Perform other duties as needed.
• Responsible for arranging travel and submitting expense reports promptly.
• Accountable for completing customer demo and installation documentation in Salesforce.
• Stay updated with the latest knowledge in relevant clinical and technical areas.
• Represent the company in a professional manner while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Complete all necessary training courses and uphold all required certifications.
• RDMS certification is required; must have expertise in OB/GYN and Fetal Echo, along with comprehensive knowledge of the technical and clinical aspects of diagnostic ultrasound.
• A minimum of 4-10 years of clinical ultrasound experience in MFM, Ob/Gyn, and Fetal Echo applications is required.
• Proficient in 2D, 3D, and Color Doppler across various applications.
• Must be able to comply with hospital credentialing requirements.
• Previous experience as a Clinical Applications Specialist in a commercial setting is preferred.
• Possess strong market knowledge and a competitive mindset.
• Excellent presentation abilities and the capacity to deliver clinical and product training to customers at all levels.
• Must be self-driven, results-oriented, and team-oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
