Clinical Applications Specialist – Radiation Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Delivers clinical training and support to clients, acting as a subject matter expert in treatment delivery and electronic systems.

• Aids in managing the clinical expectations of customers.

• Supplies competitive product performance insights to headquarters, marketing, or engineering teams.

• May facilitate or lead training sessions for customers and/or employees.

• Conducts presentations for large audiences at seminars, training events, and trade exhibitions.

• Offers demonstration support at local, regional, and national customer trade events.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams as needed to provide optimal services and enhance customer relationships.

• Develops and maintains formal training support documents for customers.

• Designs and supervises the initial and ongoing training for Clinical Applications Specialists, along with continued training for new product launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a Registered Radiation Therapist credential.

• Clinical knowledge of the operations within a medical and/or radiation oncology department.

• Willingness to travel up to 75-100% and work intermittent weekends.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Outstanding communication abilities (listening, verbal, written).

• Adaptable, positive, and receptive to new ideas and situations.

• Highly motivated self-starter who demonstrates initiative.

• Eager learner, enthusiastic about meeting challenges and quickly grasping new concepts.

• Completes the LMS training plan tailored to assigned responsibilities.

• Fulfills all Vendor Credentialing criteria required for VMS client site access, unless prohibited by law.
