Clinical Applications Specialist – Peri Op

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert in Peri-Operative care areas.

• Facilitate clinical end user adoption of GEHC Patient Care products, which include Anesthesia & Respiratory Care, Centricity High Acuity clinical information systems, and Peri-Operative patient monitoring solutions.

• Propel new product introduction (NPI) features and techniques; collaborate with customers to formulate training plans and strategies that enhance new product integration (ARC), (MS), and (CHAA Digital).

• Organize, schedule, and implement clinical system training, while monitoring and reporting on training results. Training may be conducted at customer facilities or virtually.

• Work closely with the Product Marketing Team to identify opportunities for customer satisfaction, address issues, assist with escalations, determine problems, and manage specialty training requests.

• Build significant relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).

• Engage in install base upgrade programs and proactive strategic customer interactions.

• Enhance the sales process by delivering clinical product demonstrations and conducting onsite evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree or equivalent with over 3 years of experience in the Anesthesia technical/clinical industry.

• Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (CSRT, Provincial body), with Anesthesia Assistant as a preferred qualification.

• Profound understanding of clinical education training and the implementation of associated processes.

• Proven experience in conveying complex information and tailoring messaging according to the audience.

• Willingness to travel extensively (60% or more) within the region, including overnight stays and some weekends, throughout the US and Canada using various modes of transportation (car, air travel, train, etc.).

• Willingness to undergo a driving record check, as this role requires operating a GE HealthCare owned/leased, privately owned/leased, or rental vehicle for business purposes.

• Adhere to the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations relevant to this position.
