Clinical Applications Specialist – Neurology, Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Cultivate product, clinical, workflow, and software expertise for Nuclear Medicine and PET clients utilizing GE HealthCare’s Neurology and Oncology radiopharmaceutical offerings.

• Organize and provide both on-site and virtual training for customers, encompassing pre-training arrangements, patient go-live assistance, and post-go-live education.

• Engage in the company's scheduling process for training events aimed at customers.

• Foster relationships with physicians, nurses, technologists, scheduling personnel, and business office staff.

• Act as the liaison between customers and GE.

• Assist Field Sales in pre-sale efforts, including image assessments, DaTQUANT demonstrations, and technical product assistance.

• Showcase GEHC RadioPharma products at conferences, speaking engagements, and customer events.

• Offer continuing education credits to technologists and facilitate Reader Training for Imagers.

• Relay customer concerns, potential opportunities, and competitive insights to internal teams.

• Contribute to clinical and business process workstreams as needed.

• Address customer inquiries with Medical Science.

• Collaborate with CMO partners to enhance customer support and market expansion.

• Advocate for a compliant and ethical culture while adhering to high ethical standards.

• Assist with additional projects and initiatives as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• CNMT or an equivalent certification in a specific Nuclear Medicine modality.

• Over 4 years of experience in clinical imaging, with a minimum of 3 years in Nuclear Medicine and PET modalities.

• Preference for experience with DaTscan, Vizamyl, and/or Cerianna.

• Comfort in a clinical/patient environment is essential.

• Must be willing and able to travel extensively (85+%), approximately 4–5 days per week, including overnight stays and some weekends, across the US and Canada for on-site customer education and training.

• Must reside no more than 1 hour from a major airport.

• Proficient in Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM, and other computer and web-based applications.

• Capability to learn specialized industry-specific software and deliver digital education and training solutions.

• Familiarity with MIM, Hermes, and Syngo is preferred.

• Must register with one or more vendor credentialing services.

• Required to provide proof of MMR and hepatitis immunization and complete drug testing/screening as mandated by customer hospitals.

• Must reside within the Northeast US and be within commuting distance of a major US airport (1 hour).

• Strong skills in oral, written communication, and presentations.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

• Successful completion of a drug screen as applicable.

• Ability to support strategic initiatives and innovation.

• Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
