This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide clinical and operational expertise by delivering exceptional education and training support for the Maternal Infant Care product range to clinical end-users.

• Facilitate evidence-based practices and assist the customer experience and commercial teams from pre-sale through post-implementation with effective outcome-based education and training solutions.

• Cultivate knowledge, skills, and competence in product, clinical, and software areas within the Maternal Infant Care modality.

• Conduct pre-sale product clinical evaluations and/or educational sessions for prospective customers.

• Collaborate with customers to design and execute clinical training for end-user personnel in line with the sales order agreement (SOA), ensuring excellent clinical education to achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

• Coordinate the delivery of customer training using a targeted integrated account management approach involving sales, project management, and other service organization teams in accordance with the SOA and its terms and conditions.

• Drive revenue realization through the delivery of on-site or remote clinical education.

• Ensure comprehensive, consistent, and timely completion of all documentation requirements from pre-training to post-training.

• Offer ongoing post-installation training and support as necessary.

• Assist existing customers with additional training when required or when product enhancements are introduced that necessitate further training or implementation.

• Maintain customer relationships and relay all pertinent product and/or customer concerns or opportunities to the LCS Management team, Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Loyalty Leads, and Technical Support regarding technical and clinical issues or ways to enhance product quality or overall offerings.

• Manage travel and lodging (T&L) budget effectively by optimizing travel strategies and achieving cost savings.

• Submit expense reports in accordance with guidelines and maintain clear and complete records to meet all position-related requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active registered nursing license with experience in NICU.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively over 100% of the time (4-5 days per week, including some weekends) within the US and Canada (USCAN) using various modes of transportation (car, air travel, train, etc.).

• Proficient in software applications such as Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with navigating other computer and web-based tools (intranet/internet/apps).

• Capability to learn specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions.

• Over 10 years of Level 3 NICU experience.
