Clinical Applications Specialist, Cardiology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive support to both prospective and existing CardioGen-82 customers, encompassing Cardiac PET introduction presentations, radiation safety, training, and ongoing educational opportunities.

• Educate all customer staff on the operations of CardioGen-82® generators, infusion systems, Cardiac PET image acquisition/processing parameters across various camera/scanner models, and the safe handling of radioactive materials (ALARA).

• Facilitate infusion system installation and provide continuous support by conducting necessary initial testing, monitoring customer usage and product interactions, and documenting findings for ongoing product enhancements.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues related to CardioGen-82® for both new and existing customers.

• Act as the main liaison between Professional Services and the customer base regarding generator or infusion cart issues and complaints.

• Collaborate with customers to formulate both short-term and long-term strategies to ensure the immediate and sustained success of the CardioGen-82 program.

• Work in tandem with Field Nuclear Accounts Managers and the Leadership Team throughout the entire sales process.

• Co-develop strategies to meet annual sales quotas and targets for customer retention.

• Collaborate with the Nuclear Medicine Marketing team and field sales organization to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in nuclear cardiology imaging.

• Experience with cardiac PET is preferred.

• Familiarity with cardiac PET installations, applications, and/or troubleshooting is preferred.

• Nuclear Medicine certification is required through NMTBC and/or ARRT (N).

• Must possess a valid driver’s license without restrictions and be able to operate a vehicle.

• Candidates must comply with all credentialing requirements, including passing a 10-panel drug screen, to gain access to medical facilities working with Bracco.

• All candidates must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by the date of hire.
