Clinical Applications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Educate customers on the devices for which you are responsible.

• Develop and implement account-specific strategies to enhance utilization.

• Record and manage all pertinent customer interactions.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of products and keep abreast of advancements in non-invasive medical devices, sharing insights with the broader team.

• Facilitate customer site visits to reference locations.

• Offer first-line assistance and address product-related challenges at customer sites by identifying issues related to product usage.

• Relay customer feedback to the appropriate departments within the company.

• Log complaints in accordance with established quality management system protocols.

• Represent Sentec at industry trade shows and exhibitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in a field related to healthcare delivery or clinical care.

• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.

• Preferably, prior clinical experience in transcutaneous monitoring, ventilation management, or relevant environments such as intensive care, neonatology, operating room/anesthesia, respiratory care, or home ventilation.

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary hospital teams, including nurses, physicians, biomedical staff, and healthcare administrators.

• Proven experience in delivering presentations and training to clinical audiences.

• Professional proficiency in French.

• Availability to travel regionally for at least 75% of the time.
