This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee system installations, which include hardware configuration and collaboration across departments.
• Provide clinical training to surgeons and hospital personnel on utilizing the system and its workflows.
• Offer on-site support for first case and early cases to ensure successful implementation.
• Assist with ongoing cases until the site reaches a level of self-sufficiency.
• Conduct in-services and refresher training sessions as required.
• Deliver technical troubleshooting and coordinate maintenance and field service operations.
• Maintain documentation of case notes, training records, and field service reports.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs to monitor and evaluate clinical benefits.
• Manage inventory and facilitate reordering processes at customer locations.
• Act as the primary contact for clinical and technical support at designated sites.
• Raise risks and site concerns to leadership as necessary.
• Assist in the onboarding of new surgeons and staff after implementation.
• Conduct account maintenance, including regular site check-ins to promote long-term success and growth.
• Facilitate the expansion of technology to new users within existing accounts and encourage case growth.
• Aid in the collection of clinical data.
• Support sales initiatives in territory development during periods of decreased clinical demand.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience as a clinical specialist in the medical device sector or as an operating room nurse, preferably with a focus on breast cancer.
• Ideally, previous experience in a startup or a medical device company experiencing a 0-1 growth/go-to-market phase.
• Proven ability to establish strong relationships and interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Clinical experience in an operating room setting.
• Demonstrated history of success.
• Must be willing to travel up to 75%, or as required.
• Familiarity with modern sales tools and software.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proven track record of performance with clear documentation of achievements.
• Must reside in the geographical area of the position or be open to relocation.
