• Accountable for the execution of intricate Epic tools and processes
• Proactively supports and maintains designated Epic modules
• Functions independently with minimal oversight
• Acts as the Epic Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned Epic module(s)
• Assists in making decisions on application integration and enhancing Epic workflows
• Applies best practices to execute and document consistent Epic builds
• Assumes responsibility for high-complexity issues
• Highly attentive to customer needs
• Exhibits skill in developing and documenting customer requirements
• Mentors junior analysts who are learning Epic
• Associate degree in computer science, information technology, nursing, or a related field
• Seven years of experience in Information Technology, clinical operations, or a related field
• Three years of experience with Epic
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities
• Service-oriented mindset
• Capable of working independently
• Proactive and able to make routine decisions autonomously
• Above-average problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer applications
• Light lifting, pushing, and pulling of 1-20 lbs is required occasionally
• Frequent movement of objects weighing less than 10 lbs is necessary
• Regular sitting with some walking, standing, squatting, bending, and reaching is required
• Keyboard/computer use and/or repetitive motions may be required
