This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Create sophisticated training modules and educational resources that improve clinical expertise and enhance user satisfaction, facilitating effective onboarding and ongoing professional growth.
• Engage in clear and persuasive communication with clinical end-users, conducting impactful training sessions, providing technical support, and offering educational materials that encourage proficient use of Philips' products and services.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and deliver comprehensive reports on application implementations, ensuring precision and thoroughness to support smooth project management and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Tailor clinical applications to align with customer-specific workflows and operational needs.
• Evaluate clinical workflows to identify areas for enhancing efficiency, productivity, and patient outcomes.
• Offer expert clinical and technical advice during system implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Forge strong connections with radiologists, radiographers, clinicians, and key stakeholders to ensure successful customer results.
• Guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements, quality standards, and Philips policies throughout implementation processes.
• Gather customer feedback and clinical insights to foster continuous improvement and future innovations.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Service, Marketing, Product Management, and Clinical Education teams across Europe.
• Assist in the development of colleagues by sharing best practices and clinical knowledge.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Imaging, Radiography, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or a minimum of 3 years with a Master's degree, in Clinical Applications, MRI, Clinical Sales, Sales Support, Business Development, or a related healthcare technology domain.
• Strong understanding of MRI clinical principles and diagnostic imaging workflows.
• Experience in delivering clinical training, customer education, or application support.
• Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
