This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Deliver advanced clinical education and training to distributor teams and end-users, encompassing pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, and practical application training sessions.
• Assist partners in evaluating customer requirements and customizing Philips product solutions based on detailed clinical specifications and workflow optimization suggestions.
• Support the creation and implementation of training programs for hospital personnel, ensuring the effective use of Philips IGT-D technology within clinical settings.
• Serve as a resource for distributors and clients by providing expertise on product features, clinical uses, and troubleshooting, thereby promoting product adoption and usage.
• Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and internal teams to offer market insights and feedback regarding competitive activities and opportunities for product enhancements.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations and end-customers, including physicians, cath lab personnel, and business office staff.
• Play a role in achieving disposable product revenue goals in assigned territories by supporting indirect channel activities and strategic initiatives.
• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and support when sales managers or distributor representatives are not available.
• Collaborate with international teams and departments.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant clinical or scientific discipline (e.g., biomedical engineering, nursing, medical technology).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Application Specialist.
• Experience in interventional cardiology, vascular surgery product groups, or similar fields is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical applications, medical devices, or healthcare technology, preferably with exposure to indirect markets.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate and influence a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of working efficiently with digital tools.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories as needed.
• Open to extensive travel.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of another CEE language is an advantage.
