Clinical Application Specialist – H&AM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive on-site support for clinical trials of Philips patient monitors (e.g., intensive care, intermediate care, anesthesia, neonatology)

• Conducting training sessions in accordance with MPBetreibV as a medical device advisor before and after sales

• Presentation and demonstration of monitoring solutions at trade shows and conferences

• Organization and execution of clinical trials as well as training in collaboration with sales and clients

• Advising users on the system configuration of monitoring solutions

• Creation of configuration files as part of installation preparations

• Maintenance and management of the provided trial devices

• Close collaboration and knowledge exchange with the sales and Clinical Application Team

• Support for the successful implementation of new solutions in the clinical environment

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training in the healthcare sector, ideally as a registered nurse with specialization in intensive care and anesthesia

• Several years of professional experience in the acute care sector of a hospital

• Excellent knowledge in patient monitoring as well as market understanding

• Good MS Office skills

• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 100% in the Frankfurt – Kassel – Würzburg area) including a Class B driver's license

• Proficient in German and good in English

• Strong communication skills with a high level of service and customer orientation
