📋 Description

• Drive the advancement of the firm's innovative clinical analytics platform.

• Offer clinical expertise and actionable guidance for the design and enhancement of the platform.

• Collaborate with financial, analytics, and clinical teams to create a comprehensive understanding of analytics requirements.

• Convert clinical concepts, emerging therapy trends, and utilization management principles into consistent analytical frameworks and specifications.

• Aid in the standardization of deriving, validating, and communicating clinical insights.

• Create and deliver training programs to improve pharmacists' clinical analytics capabilities and ensure consistent interpretation.

• Act as a mentor and resource for pharmacists across various teams.

• Enhance clinical knowledge in specialty medications, medical-pharmacy integration, utilization management, and outcome-focused thinking.

• Implement a unified enterprise-wide strategy for clinical insight development.

• Develop shared clinical frameworks, educational resources, and internal guidance documents.

• Provide frontline consulting feedback to shape enterprise strategy, intellectual capital, and future analytics requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth clinical expertise in clinical analytics, specialty medications, medical-pharmacy integration, utilization management principles, and outcome-focused thinking.

• Proven experience in developing or contributing to clinical analytics platforms and creating repeatable analytical frameworks.

• Ability to translate clinical concepts, emerging therapy trends, and utilization management principles into analytical specifications.

• Competency in developing and delivering training for pharmacists.

• Capability to mentor pharmacists and promote their professional growth.

• Proficient in standardizing, validating, and communicating clinical insights across consulting teams.

• Skilled in collaborating with financial, analytics, clinical, pharmacy consulting, and payer leadership teams.
