This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Engage in 15-30 minute Connection Calls with teenagers and their families.
β’ Establish rapport and secure the teen's commitment to treatment.
β’ Conduct brief CALOCUS assessments to determine the appropriate level of care and identify any potential red flags.
β’ Clearly articulate PHP and IOP programming with both accuracy and empathy.
β’ Guide families through the placement process and outline the subsequent steps.
β’ Record call details and transfer information to the Admissions and treatment teams.
β’ Refer families requiring a higher or alternative level of care.
β’ Maintain a consistent weekly schedule.
β’ Experience in Adolescent PHP and/or IOP is essential.
β’ A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or a related discipline is required.
β’ Clinical experience working with adolescents and their families.
β’ A warm and confident presence on the phone is necessary.
β’ Active licensure or registered intern status is preferred.
β’ Ability to work independently and remotely is essential.
β’ A private home office is required for conducting confidential conversations.
β’ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
