This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide administrative support to the clinical team by sending sourcing emails, updating session details in the Lyra system, and escalating queries for resolution.
• Collaborate with clinical specialists to coordinate ad-hoc interventions, including learning and development activities and critical incidents, ensuring these events are documented in the Lyra systems.
• Assist in the recruitment and management of the affiliate therapy network.
• Support the processing of invoices related to clinical interventions, ensuring alignment between invoiced services/sessions and the clinical data in the Lyra systems.
• Handle general administration tasks.
• Work effectively with Lyra Finance teams to ensure timely processing of invoices.
• Maintain ongoing communication with various clinical teams and Lyra affiliates to ensure effective case management.
• Collaborate with our global clinical teams.
• Coordinate with affiliate clinicians for appointment scheduling and case updates as necessary.
• Contribute to service and business development initiatives as needed.
• Exhibit flexibility in working hours and activities in response to business demands.
• Actively participate in governance and quality assurance efforts as required.
• Prior experience in a similar administrative position.
• Experience working in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Background in working with clinicians or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with administrative boundaries and the ability to recognize when to seek senior or clinical support.
• Capability and experience working independently from home in a remote role.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and in situations where clarity may be minimal.
