This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer extensive administrative assistance to physicians, nurses, analysts, and other personnel.
• Regularly refresh and disseminate department-specific reports and spreadsheets.
• Keep contact information and relevant details for Physician Advisors and clients up-to-date.
• Ensure timely updates and distribution of Administrator on Call tracking.
• Maintain and manage PTO tracking and requests for Physician Advisors.
• Follow up on client inquiries and provide necessary information.
• Handle the submission of supplemental reimbursements for full-time Physician Advisors.
• Assist in the implementation and training of new Physician Advisors joining the P2P team.
• Organize and manage physicians' calendars and schedules for peer review phone calls across various time zones.
• Oversee the peer review queue, assignments, and schedules of Physician Advisors.
• Conduct daily calls to payers for scheduling peer-to-peer reviews between Xsolis Physician Advisors and payer Medical Directors.
• Track and follow up on outstanding peer-to-peer calls daily.
• Monitor the department email inbox and address inquiries from case managers, internal team members, and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate and cross-train with clinical administrative staff to ensure coverage.
• Execute additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
• Clinical experience is not essential but is beneficial.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to comprehend needs and deliver timely results.
• Capability to perform under pressure and adapt to frequent changes.
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and telephone skills.
• Professional and courteous communication with colleagues and clients via phone, mail, and email.
• Strong technical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to foster strong relationships and cooperate with internal teams.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must already be eligible to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without current or future sponsorship.
• Must be available to work from 12 p.m.–8 p.m. ET.
