This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support to two Directors within the Americas SP – Technology, Media, and Communications.
• Oversee and prioritize the calendars, schedules, and meetings of the Directors.
• Determine who is included in the principal's calendar, which meetings to attend, and who can attend on their behalf.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, locations, WebEx/TP technology, and other logistical arrangements.
• Create meeting briefing documents, record and distribute notes, and compile lists of action items post-meeting.
• Serve as a proxy for communications and approvals as authorized.
• Respond to general inquiries, direct routine matters to the appropriate individuals, and ensure follow-up on tasks.
• Arrange travel and establish optimal itineraries for scheduled meetings.
• Manage Cisco expenses and oversee expense reporting.
• Provide analytical support for various special projects.
• Conduct research, analyze issues, gather data, and prepare reports.
• Professionally handle sensitive and confidential matters and materials.
• Participate in monthly staff meetings and quarterly all-team gatherings.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
• At least 1 year of experience providing support to a principal at the Senior Manager level or higher.
• Advanced proficiency in Mac/Windows desktop applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in managing calendars, planning meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to engage with executive/senior staff and clients across all levels.
