This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Assist two Directors by managing their calendars, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and special projects.
• Oversee and prioritize the Directors’ schedules, meetings, attendees, and delegates effectively.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, including creating agendas, securing locations, managing WebEx/TP technology, handling logistics, preparing briefing documents, taking notes, and following up on action items post-meeting.
• Serve as a proxy for communication and approvals as authorized.
• Respond to general inquiries, direct routine matters, and ensure follow-up for completion.
• Arrange optimal travel plans and itineraries for the Directors while managing Cisco expenses efficiently.
• Offer analytical support for special projects by conducting research, analyzing problems, compiling data, and preparing reports.
• Manage sensitive and confidential information and materials with professionalism.
• Participate in monthly staff meetings and quarterly all-team meetings as an integral member of the Directors’ team.
• Acquire knowledge of Cisco’s products, personnel, and organizational dynamics to autonomously handle incoming requests and referrals.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
• At least one year of experience in supporting a principal at the Senior Manager level or higher.
• Advanced proficiency in Mac/Windows desktop applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience in calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel organization.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to engage with executive and senior staff as well as clients across all levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Independent judgment and the highest level of integrity are required.
• Ability to balance both strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Exceptional attention to detail is crucial.
• Capability to manage confidential information appropriately.
• A collaborative, improvement-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Previous experience in the high-tech industry is preferred.
• Prior experience with Cisco is advantageous.
• An associate degree is listed under Preferred Qualifications.
