This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
β’ Set up and provide support for clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR).
β’ Consult with team members to deliver solutions that enhance patient care and streamline provider workflows.
β’ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate technical challenges.
β’ Collaborate with various departments to assist in project implementations.
β’ Promote documentation practices and facilitate knowledge sharing.
β’ Participate in skill enhancement and professional development.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in the Epic application build process.
β’ Epic certifications are required in Epic ClinDoc and Stork.
β’ Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
β’ Excellent communication abilities.
